Special Lecture on Aptitude for Placement Organized on 12 November 2025

The Department of Public Administration, Assam Don Bosco University, organised a Special Lecture on “Aptitude for Placement” on 12 November 2025 at Room No. B1-010B, Block-5, Tapesia Campus. The session was conducted to enhance students’ readiness for placement tests, interviews, and recruitment processes.

The lecture was delivered by Mr. Rishu Jha from the Training and Placement Office, Assam Don Bosco University. The session began with an introductory address by Mr. Rupak Biswas, Assistant Professor, who emphasized the importance of aptitude skills in career development.

Mr. Jha provided valuable insights into key aptitude areas such as analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills. He also shared practical strategies for improving performance in placement examinations and interviews. The session highlighted the role of aptitude development in enhancing employability and career opportunities.

The programme was attended by students of M.A. 1st and 3rd semesters, who actively participated in the interactive session and clarified their queries. Faculty members also encouraged students to focus on systematic preparation for placements.
