Observation of World Day Against Child Labour through Movie Screening and Discussion

The Department of Public Administration at Assam Don Bosco University, Tapesia Campus, observed World Day Against Child Labour on June 12, 2023, through a movie screening and discussion. The event featured the film “Darpan – Child Labour in India,” highlighting the harsh realities faced by working children. Organized by the Administrative Club, the session was held from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Participants actively engaged in a discussion following the screening, reflecting on the importance of eliminating child labour and protecting children’s rights. The event successfully raised awareness and encouraged collective responsibility toward social justice and child welfare.
