Quiz Competition on National Unity Day Organized by the Department of Public Administration

The Department of Public Administration, Assam Don Bosco University (Tapesia Campus), organized a Quiz Competition on 20th November 2023 at the Cenacle Hall, Block V, in observance of National Unity Day.

The event aimed to promote awareness and understanding of India’s political and historical foundations among students. A total of thirteen students actively participated in the competition, which comprised three engaging rounds focusing on Indian Polity, the Indian Constitution, the Indian Freedom Movement, and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

The quiz was conducted by Ms. Ambalika Yadav, Assistant Professor, who served as the Quiz Master and guided participants through the rules and structure of the competition. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, with students demonstrating keen interest and knowledge throughout the rounds.

At the conclusion of the competition, the winners were announced as Tomon Timung, Jeremy Momin, Wesheteu K Mero, and John Albert. The event concluded with a vote of thanks, marking a successful and informative academic activity.

The quiz competition not only fostered a spirit of healthy competition but also enhanced students’ understanding of India’s unity and rich political heritage.
