UG Extension Lecture on Peace, Security and Development

The Department of Public Administration at Assam Don Bosco University, Tapesia Campus, organized a UG Extension Lecture on September 29, 2022, in digital mode. The session, titled “Peace, Security and Development,” was conducted from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and coordinated by Dr. Saurabh Chandra. The lecture was delivered by Dr. Aalam Khan, Associate Professor at Mahatma Gandhi Central University. He discussed the interconnected nature of peace, security, and development, emphasizing their importance in achieving sustainable growth and stability. The session enhanced students’ understanding of global and national governance challenges and encouraged critical thinking on contemporary public policy issues.
